MONROE - The GBI is looking at all possibilities regarding the murder of Charles Parker. But a lawsuit recently filed shows the 25-year-old from Monroe upset a group of investors shortly before his death.
According to the suit, the financial backers were unhappy with Parker's inability to create a poultry business with their money. Authorities say Parker was last seen by one of the investors on the afternoon of January 15th.
Parker's body was found in the bottom of an Oglethorpe County well earlier this week.
